Charlton's Village Hall: November 22nd 2025, 21:00 - 02:00
Join us at Charlton’s Village Hall on Saturday 22nd November. Investigation begins at 21:00 and ends at 02:00.
Originally built in the 1900s, Charlton's Village Hall served the community as both a miner's institute and a bath house. The use of the hall has changed multiple times throughout history as the mine's closed including being used as a morgue. Today, the hall is used for a variety of activities such as dancing and yoga however not all is as it seems to be. There are reports of black shadows, particularly in the cellar, along with footsteps coming from seemingly nowhere, bangs and more.
This venue was featured on the show "Help! My House Is Haunted!"
We also recommend that you wear sensible flat shoes as grounds may be uneven. Make sure to wrap up or bring extra layers along as it may get cold during the night.
